We require a Full-time Sales Consultant at our MONKS CROSS YORK store.

1. Basic salary plus excellent commission structure
2. Extensive training and progression plan

1. Sales driven is a must
2. Ideal candidates will be devoted to exceeding customer expectations in areas of customer service and hospitality
3. They will be able to demonstrate their ability to grow sales through strong customer relationships
4. Experience in interior design and/or selling furniture is preferred, but it is more essential to possess energy, integrity, dedication, personality, and a positive attitude
5. All Sales/Design Consultants are trained to use Home Creator, our design software, to help customers design their customized furniture and plan the layout of their homes
6. All weekend and bank holiday work is required
