Following KP Snacks' acquisition of Whole Earth Foods and a major IT systems project, this new role has been created to support the Demand Team with routine analytical tasks. This will enable the team to focus on strategic initiatives and project work.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating analytical tools for the Demand and Sales Teams, managing forecasts within the Blue Planner system under the guidance of Demand Planners, and ensuring accurate data handling for customer systems. The role also involves collating and uploading EPOS data, updating promotional and forecasting tools, and supporting administrative tasks such as new line and promotion nominations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and attention to detail to contribute to a fast-moving and evolving business environment.

What will you be doing?

• Manage and maintain key data systems - Regularly update EPOS data, analytical tools, and forecasting systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency for the Demand and Sales Teams.

• Optimise forecasting processes - Play a crucial role in maintaining and refining forecasts, helping the business stay ahead of demand trends and promotional activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Work closely with Demand Planners, Sales Teams, and Supply Chain colleagues to ensure seamless data flow and informed decision-making.

• Enhance customer engagement - Ensure accurate and timely submission of product and promotion information, directly impacting retail performance and customer satisfaction.

• Develop analytical and industry expertise - Gain hands-on experience with key forecasting and reporting tools, building valuable skills in demand planning and data analysis.

We'd love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:

• Strong foundation in numeracy and literacy - Maths & English GCSE or equivalent experience, ensuring confidence in working with data and written communication.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Especially Excel, with the ability to manipulate and analyse data, contributing to effective decision-making within the team.

• Experience in collaboration and teamwork - Previous experience working with internal stakeholders and within a team, demonstrating strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong organisational skills, with the capability to prioritise effectively and remain calm under pressure.
