About the Role
As a JEWELLS Sales & Service Specialist, you'll sparkle as brightly as our diamonds. With energy, passion, and an eye for detail, you're the face of our brand, that all important trusted expert that makes every customer interaction pure gold. No Experience? No Problem!
We provide certified training with an external Piercing training academy, equipping you with the skills and confidence to perform safe and stylish piercings, along with full training to become an expert JEWELLS welder.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Delivering an exceptional customer experience - You'll embody the JEWELLS philosophy, providing world-class service and personalised recommendations that leave a lasting impression.
Providing expert consultation - You'll guide customers in selecting the perfect JEWELLS pieces, ensuring they find jewellery that suits their style and occasion. You'll also educate customers on aftercare for their purchases and services. You'll ensure every customer is fully informed about our services, helping them make confident decisions whilst making them feel the very best.
Creating curated jewellery stacks - Designing custom ear styling and piercings, and welded jewellery that reflect both JEWELLS aesthetic and the customer's individual style.
Performing safe and precise piercings - Following all health and safety protocols while ensuring a comfortable and professional experience for customers.
Upselling additional services and products - You'll identify opportunities to enhance the JEWELLS customer experience by recommending complementary services and premium aftercare products to suit their needs.
Stock protection & jewellery care - You'll take responsibility for ensuring security protocols are followed to prevent theft and stock loss. You'll conduct inventory checks, flag discrepancies, and educate customers on jewellery care to prevent damage or returns
Maintaining a beautifully presented store - You'll assist with product displays, ensure a well-organised workspace, and maintain high hygiene and safety standards in service areas.
Scheduling and customer management - You'll handle appointment scheduling, conduct pre-appointment check-in calls. You'll respond to any questions or concerns with professionalism, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and excited about their service.
