Job Summary

My client is a well-established travel sales office that has over 30 years of experience selling amazing holidays around the world. We need a great sales consultant to sell flights, accommodation, car hire, sightseeing tours, and insurance. The great news about this role is a travel sales past is not essential as destination training is provided.

In the role, you will be dealing with inbound callers responding to adverts they have seen in the media. Your role will be to convert a flight enquiry into a tailor-made booking (the more products sold, the more commission YOU earn).

Skills/Experience Needed

1. You must have a sales or travel background.
2. You must be extremely self-motivated.
3. You must be enthusiastic and dedicated to make yourself money.
4. You must be comfortable working towards targets.
5. Be able to work in a competitive environment and want to work as part of a lively team.
6. At least 2 years' experience of working in a sales environment.
7. Target driven and sales focused with a proven successful sales track record.
8. Works well under pressure, rises to any challenge, and meets objectives.
9. Capable of working within a team structure or autonomously.
10. Excellent communication skills.
