Job Description

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our London team, someone who will share our passion ensuring customers have a positive, engaging experience at every stage of their journey with us.

You will need to be dynamic and be able to provide exceptional customer service whether in person, on the telephone or by email. Confident with strong organisational and administration skills, you must be detail orientated with a positive attitude towards sales growth. The candidate should be dedicated to working in a small team environment, be able to demonstrate initiative and be able to communicate professionally at all levels.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients in person, over the phone and via email.
  • Manage all aspects of the quote and order process efficiently.
  • Organise installation dates and liaise with installers.
  • Communicate effectively with both trade and retail clients.
  • Respond promptly to all enquiries.
  • Process sample requests.
  • Maintain the appearance of the showroom.
  • Support the Managing Director and Office Coordinator in daily tasks.

The ideal candidate:

  • A strong work ethic with proven track record in a similar customer facing role.
  • Detail orientated with high attention to accuracy.
  • Efficient in MS Office with a high level of literacy, numeracy, and organisation.
  • An understanding and appreciation for quality and efficient service to high-end clientele.
  • A high level of motivation and initiative with a hands-on practical approach.
  • Positive and energetic "can do" attitude.
  • A fast learner, proactive and self-motivated.
  • The ability to work independently and thrive under pressure combined with the commitment to being an engaging team member.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • A passion and interest in interiors/design.
  • High standards of personal presentation.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Location: Chelsea Wharf, London, SW10.

Hours of Work: 37.5 per week, 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday including 30 mins unpaid for lunch. Rotational Saturday working will be required where a day in lieu will be provided to maintain a working week of 37.5 hours. You may be required to work additional hours during busy periods.

Salary: £27,000.00 to £28,000.00 dependent on experience.
