Sales Consultant 18 month FTC at The Hyde Group Expires on 28/04/2025 Location:

18 month FTC

London - North Woolwich (site-based, Tuesday to Saturday)

Up to £35,000 basic salary plus £10,000 OTE bonus (paid quarterly)

Hyde is looking to recruit a New Homes Sales Consultant.

As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will undertake the marketing and subsequent sale of shared ownership housing activities by delivering an exceptional, proactive and tailored customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure that all homes are sold within the agreed marketing period.
  2. Set up, coordinate and attend viewings.
  3. Closely monitor the progress of sale and take action as necessary to ensure sales targets are achieved.
  4. Provide competitor analysis reports and any other reporting information that may be required.
  5. Prepare and distribute accurate pre-sale price lists within the agreed timeframe set out for approval by the Sales Manager.
  6. Identify and resolve problems on purchases, advising buyers and solicitors accordingly.

Skills and Experience Required

  1. Property Sales experience as a Sales Executive, Consultant or Negotiator.
  2. Ability to work 9am-5pm Tuesday to Saturday (guaranteed Sundays and Mondays off).
  3. Paid commission up to £10,000 per annum.
  4. Life assurance.
