Sales Consultant

Volvo Cars Guildford are looking for a proven and successful Sales Consultant to join our sales team to sell both New & Used Volvos at our retailer in Pirbright near Guildford.

The successful candidates will follow a sales process, whilst providing excellent customer service, building a long-term rapport with customers and being highly motivated to succeed. A willingness and desire to go the extra mile and work with the team to drive performance is essential. Candidates must possess outstanding communication skills and be able to present even the most complex information in a clear and concise manner. The role will involve meeting and greeting customers, qualifying their needs, demonstrating the excellent and latest range of Volvo cars, discussing funding options, and selling additional F&I products with a professional approach.

Competitive basic salary + commission, holiday pay, company car, and fuel allowance from home to work.

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Saturday 8.30am - 5pm
Sunday & Bank Holidays 10am - 4pm (Rota basis of 1 in 3)
A day off in lieu every week for working Saturday.
