About the RoleWe are looking for a B2B Development Representative to target businesses to make a book with StoryTerrace. It is a very exciting role as it's the first role of its kind and we are looking to significantly grow our B2B efforts. Your key responsibilities will include lead generation, prospecting, outreach, cold calling, and setting up meetings, as well as managing HubSpot deals through the pipeline. The objective is to create and book appointments to be managed by another team. There will also exist an opportunity for you to manage inbound B2B leads too! In this position, you will work closely with the CEO, Sales Director & Global Sales Team Manager to build out an exciting new department.
Responsibilities Include- Creating a hitlist of companies and decision-makers
- Reaching out on LinkedIn, Email, Cold calling
- Crafting new and engaging ways of outreach
- Managing deals on HubSpot
- Booking in appointments
- Managing the end-to-end sales cycle for inbound business leads.
- Has at least 2 years of outbound B2B experience.
- Comfortable with cold calling and establishing relationships on LinkedIn
- Is a team player - you'll be working closely with our sales team
- Is tech savvy (we use G Suite, Hubspot, Kixie).
- Is results-oriented, and has excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Is self-motivated, disciplined, and a self-starter.
- Has great communication skills and strong oral & written presentation skills.
- Is proactive in identifying and developing new business opportunities from telephone, email, and other sales inquiry methods.
- Annual salary range of £25,000 - £28,000 with company commission scheme
- 25 days paid holidays + 8 bank holidays
- Pension (4% + 4%)

- London-based hybrid role with flexibility around working hours. Our fixed office days are Tuesdays to Thursdays with weekly breakfast and team lunches.
