Activities

Are you a sales talent with a passion for new technologies? Do you want to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of an innovative company? As an SDR at Building Radar, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a crucial role in driving our business forward.

  • Identify new customers : Find potential clients that perfectly match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and identify their decision-makers.
  • Generate interest : Initiate first contact and qualify prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Build relationships : Actively cultivate valuable relationships and generate new leads.
  • Optimize our tools : Further develop and automate our sales and CRM tools to work more efficiently. Create sales materials: Produce impressive sales documents for events and on-site presentations that delight our customers.

Requirements

  • Communication Expert : English proficiency is essential, while German is a valuable additional skill.
  • Motivated and Entrepreneurial : Your self-motivation and entrepreneurial mindset drive you to always achieve the best.
  • Confident and Communicative : You exude confidence, possess strong communication skills, and are always ready to fully commit.
  • Willingness to Learn and Sense of Responsibility : You have the ambition to continuously develop yourself and are ready to take on responsibility.

Team

As part of the sales team, you will become the spearhead for our company when it comes to acquiring new customers. We are passionate about generating added value for our customers and finding creative solutions to technical and human challenges. You will come in contact with industry leaders and incite their interest in Revenue Engineering! You do this by figuring out what drives their decision making, their pains and goals, and make them an offer they cannot refuse.

We bring the party to the customer by using unusual concepts and great vigour to anchor complicated issues with our customers and awaken their ambition in proactive acquisition
