About the role

Addin365 is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

As Sales Development Representative at Addin365 you will:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential customers and generate new business leads through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and outbound calls.
  • Prospecting: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points, whilst effectively communicating how Addin365's solutions can address those challenges.
  • Qualifying Leads: Assess the quality of leads and prioritize them based on potential value and fit with Addin365's offerings. Familiarity with BANT.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to closing.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects in the Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and providing valuable insights for future sales strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to continuously refine and improve the prospecting process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute effective strategies for lead generation and qualification.

About you:

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales. A strong desire to pursue a career in sales is essential.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Resilience, determination and ability to handle rejection.
  • Creativity and candour in approach and problem-solving.
  • Willingness and curiosity to learn.
