Job Description

Yapily is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR at Yapily, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and driving business growth within the UK region.

Yapily is on a mission to become the central nervous system of the global economy and unlock the true potential of Open Finance. We are passionate about revolutionising the way we interact with financial services and building the best infrastructure for our customers.

We're a young company and we're growing fast. We have offices in London, Vilnius, and we have over 100 talented individuals joining us from their homes and coworking spaces from around Europe.

The successful SDR will be responsible for outbound outreach, with a focus on generating, educating, and nurturing leads, before finally converting them into qualified sales opportunities. They will also be tasked with qualifying inbound leads to assess their fit and potential, ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team.

This role is often the first touchpoint in the buyer journey and has the potential to set the tone for the rest of the sales cycle. It is therefore essential that the SDR has strong interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of mediums: email, social media, telephone, etc.

The SDR will also be expected to work in tight collaboration with Account Executives, growing their pipeline so Yapily can achieve the revenue stream necessary for continued hyper-growth. Successful SDRs build strong internal relationships with product, marketing, and the wider team to help ensure we are prepared to best represent Yapily externally.
