Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project!). What your day will look like

Responsible for leading sales teams, driving solution/platform sales, and managing sales engagements, while continuously seeking opportunities to enhance execution:

  • Lead and grow a dedicated sales team through effective team communication and direction
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Create and execute sales campaigns for target markets and industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to better understand their business objectives and needs
  • Acquire and develop new sales talents
  • Optimise application of sales processes (e.g. Sales methodology, Forecasting, etc.) and structures (Usage of CRM, team organisation, Sales Enablement, etc.) in close cooperation with Regional Executive and other departments
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish including reliable pipeline and forecast management and reporting
  • Effectively interact with executives internal and external to the group as well as other departments
What you need to fulfill the role
  • At least 7 years experience in the software industry and in customer facing roles carrying a quota
  • At least 3 years management or team leading experience
  • University degree or comparable industry expertise
