About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Channel Partner Enablement Specialist to join our team, focused on equipping and empowering our channel partners to effectively market, sell, and implement our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) software solutions. This role sits within the Channel & Alliances function, with a dotted-line responsibility to Sales Enablement and Solutions teams. You will be instrumental in developing training programs, resources, and strategies to ensure the success of our channel partners globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner Onboarding & Enablement
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new channel partners understand the value proposition, features, and functionalities of our EHS and ESG software solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create partner-specific training materials, including product demonstrations, sales tools, and implementation guides.
  • Conduct workshops, webinars, and hands-on sessions to enhance partner knowledge and skills.
  • Sales Enablement Support
    • Align with the Sales Enablement team to provide partners with tailored tools, playbooks, and strategies to drive sales effectiveness.
    • Build and maintain a library of resources, including case studies, competitive analyses, and ROI calculators, for partner use.
    • Collaborate with the Solutions team to ensure technical accuracy in partner-facing content.
  • Performance Monitoring & Feedback
    • Establish KPIs to measure partner success and provide insights to leadership on channel performance.
    • Conduct regular reviews with partners to identify challenges, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Implement feedback loops to continuously refine enablement programs.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams
    • Act as a bridge between Channel & Alliances, Sales Enablement, and Solutions teams to ensure alignment on partner strategies and messaging.
    • Partner with Product Marketing and Solutions teams to stay updated on product enhancements and market trends, ensuring partner materials remain relevant.
    • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to align enablement initiatives with broader regional goals.
  • Channel Partner Advocacy
    • Foster strong relationships with channel partners to understand their needs and advocate for their success internally.
    • Act as a point of contact for partner inquiries related to enablement resources and processes.
    • Facilitate peer-to-peer networking and best practice sharing among partners.

    • Deep understanding of EHS and ESG concepts, including regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and sustainability practices.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence channel partners and internal teams.
    • Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), data analytics, and sales enablement tools.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
