Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the BMS, HVAC, and energy management sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Provide technical expertise and tailor-made BMS solutions to meet customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations in smart building technology.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in sales within BMS, HVAC, or building automation sectors.
• A results-driven mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to understand complex customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
• Able to speak in English, Dutch and French.
