Sales Engineer, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

What you'll be doing:

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled sales professional in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning field. Reporting to the Norwich branch, your main focus will be business growth. You will use your expertise and people skills to secure new clients and maintain existing client relationships, including visiting sites regularly.

As sales engineer you will provide clients with impeccable advice and assist in the design of HVAC systems according to client specifications, providing quotes and closing deals.

What do you need to have?

1. Proven sales background in refrigeration, air conditioning, chillers and/or AHUs.
2. Customer relationship management experience within the industry.
3. Excellent technical skills and knowledge of a wide range of systems.
4. High financial and commercial awareness with the ability to manage large budgets and resources.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to forge strong business relationships with customers, suppliers, colleagues and contractors.
6. A thorough understanding of and ability to deliver outstanding and continuous customer service.
7. Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office 365.

Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Salary: Competitive basic plus generous bonus scheme
