We are Amdaris. We're expanding rapidly and are looking for a driven and ambitious Junior Solutions Seller to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 2+ years of sales experience to join an exciting, growing company in the tech sector. You'll play a key role in developing new business opportunities within smaller, high-potential accounts across the UK, EMEA and collaborating with our parent company Insight.
The RoleIn this role, you will focus on identifying and developing smaller business opportunities, rather than enterprise-level clients. You will support the Sales team in driving sales, building relationships, and expanding our client base by promoting Amdaris' software development services to a wide range of clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Researching and identifying potential clients across EMEA.
- Reaching out to new prospects and nurturing relationships to develop sales opportunities.
- Managing the sales process for smaller deals, from initial contact to closing.
- Presenting Amdaris' service offering to potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Learning the Amdaris value proposition and applying it to communicate effectively with clients.
- Working closely with the Sales team to support the development of proposals and sales materials.
- Tracking sales leads, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely follow-up to maximise opportunities.
We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn, motivated by sales, and passionate about technology. You will thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoy the challenge of building relationships with clients. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Some sales experience: Ideally, you'll have 2+ years of experience in a sales-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills: You should be comfortable speaking with potential clients, understanding their needs, and communicating clearly and persuasively.
- Relationship-building abilities: You'll need to develop rapport with clients quickly and build lasting business relationships.
- Strong organisational skills: The ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities, staying on top of follow-ups and timelines.
- A passion for technology: An interest in software development and the tech industry will help you communicate Amdaris' value proposition with confidence.
