£28,000 - £35,000 + Uncapped Commission + Bonus + Training & Development + Progression + Holiday + Pension + Company Benefits

In this role, the successful candidate will be required to make sales calls within the trades industry, in order to convert warm leads into future orders. You will need excellent communication skills to understand clients' needs, and the ability to become an expert within the product line. THE ROLE:
  1. Making outbound sales calls to warm leads.
  2. Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  3. Developing relationships with clients to convert leads into orders and to build long-term relationships.
  4. Providing an excellent customer experience through offering a brilliant service, showing a high level of product knowledge and providing bespoke, tailored solutions within the company product range.
  5. Updating and managing client databases with accurate call logs and client information.
THE PERSON:
  1. Highly driven, competitive, KPI focused and passionate about giving a great customer experience.
  2. Self-motivated and resilient with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and persuade within a fast-paced sales environment.
  3. Previous experience in a target-driven, phone-based sales role.
  4. Looking to work for an industry leader who offers a great working environment and long-term career progression.
  5. Ideally previous knowledge of construction/trades/plumbing or bathroom industries.
