Sales Executive

Bristol - Hybrid

£28,000 + £32,000 + Commission + OTE up to £50,000 + Excellent Progression + Training Provided + Weekly / Monthly Incentives + Hybrid Working + Healthcare Cash Plans and More

Are you experienced in some degree of sales / telesales, looking for an opportunity to work within the renewable energy market that comes with fantastic career progression?

In this role - you will be procuring new business and scheduling meetings for the sales teams. You will be working within the phone team, and your duties will consist of cold calling, objection handling, qualifying leads and updating CRM systems. You will also receive monthly commission based on meeting-booked targets - which are both achievable and lucrative!

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with some degree of sales experience, looking for fantastic career progression and training into business development focused skills. You will be looking to work within the renewable energy market and be hungry to supplement your earnings through a lucrative commission structure.

The Role:

  1. Cold calling prospective businesses and developing key stakeholders.
  2. Developing business and booking in meetings for the sales teams.
  3. Introducing my clients' services, including handling objections on engagement.
  4. Sales administration with CRM tracking.
  5. Full training provided on all aspects of the role.
  6. Hybrid working - with up to 3 days from home.

The Candidate:

  1. Some level of sales experience.
  2. Career / progression driven - with clear goals in mind.
  3. Resilient and highly motivated.
  4. Happy to make cold calls, with confidence in your ability to deal with objections / rejections.
  5. Hungry to earn commission.
  6. Open to train and develop your skillset.
