We're Cuez, a Leuven-based scale-up looking for a Sales Manager. Together we're reshaping the world of live broadcasting with our SaaS products. As the Sales Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape our sales culture and strategy.

We know our target audience very well, but there's always room for improvement. We'd love your insights on our go-to-market, what channels work best and how to fill the pipeline with leads. GTM Engineering skills are highly appreciated and willingness to experiment with the latest in SaaS Sales & AI tools.

CORE ASSIGNMENTS
- Strategize and execute: Design, refine and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and engage prospects. You'll receive a lot of creative freedom to experiment and implement a strategy that works best.
- Lead generation & pipeline management: Oversee the full sales funnel and work with the team to build a scalable multi-channel pipeline ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Lead and inspire: Mentor SDRs and AEs, refining their approach, improve their sales techniques and help them reach their targets.
- Drive performance: Define clear performance metrics, track progress and make sure your team meets or exceeds sales targets.
- Bridge Sales and Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging, optimize campaigns and ensure a seamless lead handover.
- Data-Driven Sales Execution: Collaborate with our data engineer to translate insights into actionable sales strategies and follow up on high-potential leads.
- Experiment & Optimize: Test and refine different sales approaches, channels, and messaging to identify the most effective tactics.
- Recruitment: support the recruitment process and by attracting and hiring top SDRs and AEs
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience: 3 - 10 years of experience in a sales- or account management role and preferably experience with leading a team.
- Sales expertise: Strong understanding of the sales cycle, including lead generation, outbound sales, deal execution and account management.
- Leadership: Strong ability to coach and motivate a diverse sales team.
- Operational mindset: Translate high-level strategies into actionable plans and drive execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Tools: Strong understanding of sales development tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Clay, Common Room, ). An open mind is the most important.
- Creativity: Develop and execute creative outbound strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Curiosity: Intellectually curious, eager to learn and adaptable to change.
- Languages: fluency in English is required.
- Location: We expect you to pop in to our lively office in Leuven at least 2x / week.
- Travel: You enjoy traveling an joining our sales team to fairs and events, from Amsterdam to Las Vegas.
BONUS POINTS
- Industry Knowledge: Affinity with media or broadcast production.
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or B2B environments.
- Experience selling to technical leaders (e.g., Directors of Technology, CTOs) and generating both inbound and outbound pipelines.
