ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-orientated person to oversee the integrity and quality of data stored in our client relationship management (CRM) system. You will enjoy working with data and will monitor it in accordance with the various standards and policies outlined in the firm's data governance framework.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Using a variety of tools to maintain the data and identify and deal with duplication.
- Monitoring the new contact review process - ensuring that data flowing into the system meets the required data standards.
- Supporting the firm's stated Data privacy/GDPR approach.
- Running data quality searches and resolving data issues, as well as performing daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping tasks.
- Undertaking bulk archiving of old and redundant data.
- Keeping all documentation updated on the firm's intranet.
- Supporting the CRM manager in any ad hoc projects and tasks, including an ongoing project to enhance the data in our CRM.
- Monitoring the CRM inbox and assisting end users around the firm with any CRM enquiries.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports on effectiveness & ROI.
- Data management - segmenting audiences so marketing can create targeted campaigns.
- Confident manipulating performance data and turning it into actionable insights (proficient using Microsoft Excel).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience of using large CRM - Zoho, Salesforce, etc. in a professional services environment would be advantageous.
- Good knowledge of the principles of CRM and importance of complete and accurate data.
- Emotionally intelligent and able to flex your style depending on who you are talking to.
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to use a range of internal and external resources to perform research, where needed, around key data sets.
- Excellent data manipulation skills, especially within Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
