Job Description

What we offer:

  • Flexible hybrid schedule: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Destination Managers in expanding assigned territories by uncovering opportunities within current accounts and pursuing new prospects
  • Leverage Salesforce and Google Docs (Excel equivalent) to track account performance and enhance operational workflows
  • Work closely with internal teams to maintain top-tier product availability and quality for designated destinations
  • Offer insights into market dynamics and Viator's market positioning within assigned regions
  • Perform routine quality assessments on key products and destinations, implementing improvements when necessary
  • Drive and participate in initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen competitive positioning

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in relationship-based account management roles, preferably with exposure to larger, public, or tech-driven companies
  • Experience or strong interest in the travel industry, travel technology, or related fields
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish) are a plus
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Docs (or equivalent tools)
