Job Description
What we offer:
- Flexible hybrid schedule: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote
- Competitive hourly rate of £20.51
Responsibilities:
- Assist Destination Managers in expanding assigned territories by uncovering opportunities within current accounts and pursuing new prospects
- Leverage Salesforce and Google Docs (Excel equivalent) to track account performance and enhance operational workflows
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain top-tier product availability and quality for designated destinations
- Offer insights into market dynamics and Viator's market positioning within assigned regions
- Perform routine quality assessments on key products and destinations, implementing improvements when necessary
- Drive and participate in initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen competitive positioning
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in relationship-based account management roles, preferably with exposure to larger, public, or tech-driven companies
- Experience or strong interest in the travel industry, travel technology, or related fields
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish) are a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Docs (or equivalent tools)
