Job Summary

We're recruiting a Maternity Cover in a Sales Support role lasting 12 months, supporting our UK/Regional Team and handling UK-based and European clients.

Main Responsibilities:

• First line of support for daily enquiries from customers in the UK and Europe, including project management, logistics, technical, and regulatory documentation support.
• Price list management, including SAP pricing input.
• Coordination with Factory and Creative Centres for orders, samples, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills:

• Relationship management and strong communication skills, both internally and with clients.
• Passion for delivering results.
• High level of initiative.
• Methodical thinker with a flair for both numbers and creative projects.
• Ability to manage time under pressure.
• Knowledge of SAP and project management systems.
• Superior knowledge of Excel.

Required Experience:

• Graduate with prior experience of working within an office environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact and coordinate activities with internal support teams and customers.
• Advanced Excel skills.
