Salesforce Technical Lead - Outside IR35 - Hybrid

We're partnered with a leading tech-driven organisation currently on the lookout for a Salesforce Technical Lead to join their growing team on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive high-impact Salesforce programmes at an enterprise level, where you'll own technical design, lead development teams, and bring structure and clarity to complex solutions.

What they're looking for:

You'll need to be someone who not only knows Salesforce inside and out but can also communicate clearly and confidently. The team values those who deliver structured, concise answers, seek clarity when needed, and have the leadership presence to guide discussions and teams alike.

The Ideal Profile:

1. Strong technical background in Salesforce, coming from a development-heavy role
2. Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ
3. Proven track record of delivering high-level and low-level technical designs
4. Experience working with enterprise-level architecture and multi-cloud environments
5. Familiarity with MuleSoft, Order Management Systems (OMS) and RLM
6. Excellent communication skills - able to lead conversations, clarify requirements, and explain complex topics simply
7. Strong stakeholder engagement, capable of leading design reviews and technical deep dives

Contract Details:

• Location: Hybrid in Oxford
• Start: ASAP
• Rate: £500 - £750 outside IR35
• Length: Initial 6 months with likely extensions
