A boutique Salesforce partner is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join their small, but growing team.

Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will:

1. Lead the implementation, configuration, and data migration processes for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, including working with Marketing Cloud Connect and other integrations.
2. Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, and the creation of statements of work.
3. Clearly communicate project concepts and outcomes to client stakeholders.
4. Conduct user training sessions and actively promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud.
5. Efficiently deliver multiple marketing automation projects while meeting tight deadlines.
6. Provide thorough documentation of current processes, proposed solutions, and final implementations.

Skills

The ideal candidate for this Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant role must have the following:

1. Able to design and/or develop integrations between Marketing Cloud and third-party applications or data sources.
2. Hands-on background with Marketing Cloud implementations, ideally including integrations with Salesforce core and other platforms.
3. Familiarity with multiple studios within Marketing Cloud.
4. Experience with Data Cloud.
5. Strong documentation skills.
6. Cross-cloud experience is a plus.

Experience Requirements

Desirable experience includes:

1. Knowledgeable around Pardot.
2. Experience in the charity sector.
3. Proficiency with Advertising Studio.
