Job Description

I am currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Desk Engineer to join our customer on a permanent basis.

The role will work on a hybrid basis, with 2 days remote and 3 days onsite in London.

Previous experience:

  1. Experience working in a Salesforce support setting
  2. Ability to write SQL to query databases
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to be able to context switch
  5. Experience in administration/configuration of administration systems
  6. Ability to effectively analyse and resolve complex system problems
  7. Experience of working in a rapidly changing fast paced dynamic IT environment
  8. A proactive attitude to enhancing the platform with the end goal of providing a stable platform and service
