Role
As a Quality & Security Officer, you will oversee and maintain the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of quality and security throughout the company.

Key responsibilities

• Promote quality and security policies, increasing awareness and supporting continuous improvement efforts
• Oversee and maintain QMS and ISMS documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Develop and execute a multi-year internal audit plan to verify compliance, assess process effectiveness, and ensure adherence to documented procedures
• Track performance indicators, risk treatment plans, and customer feedback to enhance system efficiency
• Prepare and present management reviews, providing insights on objectives, audits, incidents, and customer feedback
• Represent the company in external audits related to quality and security management
• Organize and lead training sessions to educate and engage employees on quality and security best practices

Profile
Education: University degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Solid expertise in managing QMS and ISMS, with strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001standards

Skills:

• Proven experience in auditing quality and security management systems
• Strong understanding of IT and security principles
• Excellent skills in documentation and reporting (e.g., policies, audit reports, meeting minutes)
• Languages: Fluent in English (C1) and French or Dutch (B2)
• Attributes:
