Sap Advanced Business Application Programming Consultant

RED Global is currently recruiting for an SAP ABAP HR Consultant for our client, a global organisation who undertaking a large complex transformation program. They are looking to bring on board an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant with extensive experience of S4/Hana and PA/OM, HR tables and HR objects.

Key responsibilities:

• will be joining the SAP Application Maintenance and Development Department and be part of a revolutionizing business operation through optimized SAP systems.
• with PA/OM, HR Tables and HR objects.
• debugging and troubleshooting.
• to translate clients HR challenges into IT requirements using SAP's latest technologies.
• Web Dynpro ABAP, POWL, BADIs, Smart forms, and HCM Forms and Processes.
• to provide SAP expertise to clients, offering solutions aligned with business needs and processes.
• functional changes, including project, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• issues within SLA guidelines and proactively communicate risks to the team leader.
• verbal and written communication skills, with good senior-level stakeholder management soft skills and competencies.

Required skills:

• years experiences in product and functional positions.
• knowledge in PA/OM, HR tables and HR objects.
• on ABAP debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• in SAP Web Dynpro ABAP, POWL, BADIs, Smartforms, and HCM Forms and Processes.
• understanding of SAP HR modules PA, OM; Basic Understanding of modules Time, Payroll.
• with change management processes and enterprise HR functions.
• or bachelor's degree.
• speaker in Dutch or French with professional working proficiency in English.
