Scope for support activities: SAP APO (System A73), SAP IBP and SAP PP and PP-PI (System P1P) incl. interfaces to MES systems.

APO Modules
PP/DS
gATP with allocation
APO will be replaced with the GoLive of S/4 in 2027. Still some year to support.

Activities in APO:
eg
-Monitoring queues
-Solve issues with data integration and transactional data
-Monitor process chains
-Check ATP situations in case of confirmation issues of sales orders, stock transfer orders and deliveries.
-Check issues in PP/DS planning boards

IBP Modules
DP; SP (currently in rollout phase to all Business entities)
Production modules
PP with variant configuration and PP-PI

VBA
In IBP we have a special topic in IBP Excel AddIn.
We have implemented a bunch of VBA coding to support our Business and avoid manual entries.
I assume for this topic there is no IBP knowledge needed - only VBA knowhow.

Important note:

SAP APO along with Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) modules are mandatory.
IBP will be good to know
VBA is optional
