SAP B1 Systems Manager - End User - Hybrid - Up to £85,000

Henley Morgan are working with a leading manufacturing business to recruit an SAP B1 Systems Manager to take ownership of their SAP Business One platform.

This is a hands-on role managing SAP B1 and supporting systems (including Microsoft Dynamics 365), driving system improvements, managing third-party partners, and providing technical support across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SAP B1 ERP and Dynamics 365 CRM functionality
• Supporting add-ons (Boyum B1UP, BPA)
• Lead third-party ERP support partner relationship
• Drive system improvements, upgrades, and integrations
• Gather requirements, deliver projects, and provide end-user support

Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years SAP B1 experience in management and support
• Manufacturing industry background essential
• Microsoft SQL Server proficiency
• Strong knowledge of add-ons (Boyum B1UP, BPA)
• Data management, reporting & BI experience
• Dutch language skills desirable

Location & Salary:

£70,000-£85,000 per annum depending on experience

London - 3 days per week onsite and occasional international travel
