The Opportunity:

Our Change Assurance Practice has been growing consistently over the past four years, and the services delivered by this team remain a key pillar of our growth strategy. There is a significant market opportunity to help both existing and new customers achieve their digital transformation goals by integrating change management and project-based training services.

We are now seeking a Senior SAP Change Management and Training Consultant to support the expansion of this critical service offering and contribute to the evolution of the practice itself.

In this role, you will manage the change journey for all impacted stakeholders within assigned client environments. At the same time, you'll have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the table, helping to refine and enhance our ways of working. You will also receive on-the-job training to ensure you get the most out of this exciting opportunity.

About you:

+ Circa 8 years+ in SAP Change Management and training
+ A strong understanding and experience within Change Management concepts and methodology
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Able to coach & help others to help themselves
+ Good written and spoken English
+ Effective listener, empathic, positive outlook, embraces change
+ A strong understanding and experience within Change Management concepts and methodology
+ Able to travel to client sites as required
+ Right to work in the UK with no restrictions
