Are you an SAP HCM expert ready to drive innovation in a Fiori-first, S/4HANA environment? We're looking for a SAP HCM Functional Consultant to enhance and support our SAP HR+ product, balancing system operations with cutting-edge HR solutions.


What You'll Do:


  • Design, configure & implement SAP HCM solutions
  • Optimize user experience with SuccessFactors & Fiori
  • Ensure seamless integration across SAP & HR systems
  • Provide expert guidance to business & development teams


What You Bring:


  • 5+ years of SAP HCM experience (PA, OM, Time, Payroll a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of S/4HANA & Fiori
  • Experience with SAP-SuccessFactors integration
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business & tech teams
