Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities as the SAP ERP Program Lead:

1. Lead end-to-end SAP ERP programs, including ECC, FICO and S/4HANA implementations
2. Oversee global teams in multi-vendor and offshore environments
3. Collaborate closely with IT, business units, and change management teams
4. Develop and implement structured program frameworks and delivery strategies
5. Influence C-level stakeholders and drive consulting propositions
6. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
7. Guide teams in preparing proposals and financial plans for large-scale programs

Skills

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Proven track record of leading multi-country rollouts in global environments
2. Strong ability to communicate with and influence executive stakeholders
3. Expertise in program setup, governance, and delivery best practices
4. Background in consulting with a focus on business transformation
5. Experience in mentoring and coaching SAP consulting teams
6. Willingness to travel for project-related requirements
