SAP EWM Senior Consultant

Conexus are partnered with a prestigious Big 4 consulting firm, that are having a big recruitment drive in 2025, due to their ongoing success in S/4HANA implementations.

On that basis, we are searching for a Senior SAP EWM Consultant to join them on a permanent basis from Belgium.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, from blueprinting to go-live.
• Provide strategic guidance on SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions.
• Work closely with clients to assess business needs and design tailored SAP solutions
• Drive SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, ensuring best practices in EWM.
• Lead solution configuration, integration, and testing within SAP landscapes.
• Support and mentor junior consultants, contributing to knowledge sharing and training.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including logistics, manufacturing, and IT, to optimise supply chain operations.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, ensuring their SAP EWM systems support business growth and efficiency.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM implementation and support.
• Deep understanding of warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, picking, and automation.
• S/4HANA experience is highly desirable.
• Strong configuration skills in SAP EWM and integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, TM).
• Experience with RF technology, MFS (Material Flow System), and Automation is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead workshops, drive business discussions, and translate business needs into system requirements.
• Fluent in English (French or Dutch is an advantage).
• Willingness to travel within Belgium when required for client engagements.
