Project: SAP HCM Support for several countries - focusing on Payroll topics for Germany and Austria

Role: SAP HCM Support Expert
Client Industry: Automotive Industry
Location: Candidate MUST LIVE IN PORTUGAL
Languages: English and German (not lower than B2)
Workload: 20 Hours/Week
Start: Within the next weeks
Duration: 12 Months

? Responding to incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements of SAP HCM Payroll Germany & Austria
? Implementing change requests and ensuring smooth operations
? Analyzing and resolving problems efficiently
? Acting as the single point of contact with SAP - including creating SAP tickets and managing BMC Remedy tickets
? Conducting analysis of notes and performing regression tests
? Supporting SAP HCM PY with legal requirements and engaging in technical (functional) discussions
? Collaborating with the Support Portugal ATC team to provide training and guidance
? Working closely with the AMS team for seamless SAP HCM support
? Reporting directly to the Project Manager in Portugal
