SAP Hybris Commerce Functional Consultant - English Speaking - 100% Remote

Nicholas Bernard are seeking a skilled SAP Hybris Commerce Functional Consultant to join a long term project.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SAP Commerce (Hybris) functionality, E-commerce processes, and customer experience strategies. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements, design solutions, and support implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to E-commerce and digital channels.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP Commerce (Hybris) platform.

• Collaborate with technical/development teams to ensure solutions are aligned with functional expectations.

• Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions with business users.

• Participate in system configuration, testing, and validation activities.

• Provide support during UAT and resolve functional issues.

• Assist in cutover planning, go-live support, and post-go-live stabilization.

• Advise on best practices and future-state capabilities of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).

• Act as the bridge between business teams and technical delivery
