SAP Plant Maintenance | SAP PM - We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant for an exciting project based in Belgium. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules and have strong experience in supporting SAP implementations and optimizations in plant maintenance processes. The role will require close collaboration with local teams, so proficiency in French is a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and implement SAP PM solutions to meet the client's business requirements and objectives.
• Support the implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance functionality within a live SAP environment.
• Lead workshops to define business requirements and propose best practices for SAP PM processes.
• Provide SAP PM expertise in system configuration, custom developments, and integration with other SAP modules (eg, MM, SD, PP).
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to support business process improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Plant Maintenance, ensuring minimal system downtime.
• Provide end-user training and documentation for SAP PM processes.
• Configure SAP PM to manage maintenance planning, equipment management, and work order processing effectively.
• Support the integration of SAP PM with other business processes and systems.
• Perform testing, data migration, and ensure proper change management processes are followed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluent in French (Mandatory).
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) consulting and implementation.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP PM module configuration (maintenance planning, work orders, equipment management, etc.).
• Proven experience with integration between SAP PM and other SAP modules (such as MM, SD, and PP).
• Experience in business process mapping, documentation, and optimization in a Plant Maintenance environment.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Strong understanding of business processes related to plant maintenance, including preventive maintenance, work order management, and asset management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in both French and English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proven track record of delivering SAP PM projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
