The Role

INNOVERV are seeking an experienced SAP project manager with in-depth knowledge of SAP systems and a proven track record in managing and delivering complex S/4HANA programmes. Experience across Consulting, Delivery, Leadership, Solutioning, and Pre-Sales.

Core Responsibilities

• Participate/Drive the Pre-Sales cycle involving qualifying opportunities, solutioning & estimation, creating the value proposition/ differentiators and lead/ participate in RFX Orals/ client leadership presentations.
• Lead the development of methodologies, tools, approaches and points of view which can accelerate delivery and drive market eminence for INNOVERV.
• Scope, plan and manage S/4HANA projects through the entire life cycle, ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality.
• Lead project management/deployment of S/4HANA, putting in place project governance processes.
• Coordinate project activities amongst functional, technical, business and third party vendors.
• Identify and evaluate project risks and issues, devise and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project meets internal and external customer requirements.

What we require

• 12-15 years of SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• SAP project management/ programme management experience of at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations:
• Deep understanding of S/4HANA value proposition against ECC.
• Deep understanding of Green, Brown, Bluefield implementation methodologies.
• Minimum of 10 years in the SAP domain, including hands-on functional experience is desirable.
• Experience in Consulting Big 4/SI is desirable.
• Experience with leading/participating in proposal writing and preparing/delivering orals.
• Excellent Team Management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, should be comfortable interacting with clients daily.
• Strong work ethic and time management - the ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and a high degree of professionalism to tackle client needs.
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to problem solve and execute independently.
• Top academic pedigree from a Tier 1/reputed institution.

Key Skills

• Experience project managing full cycle SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC implementations.
• Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies, including SAP Activate, Agile or Waterfall.
• Experience in CPG, Pharma and Manufacturing Industries is desirable.
