SAP RE-FX (Lease Accounting) Consultant - English Speaking - 100% Remote Working (from Hungary). Start Date: Flexible from March 2025 Onwards. Salary: up to €60,000/annum + Bonus + Benefits. End Client!

Our client, in the healthcare sector, is looking to hire an experience SAP RE-FX Lease Accounting Consultant to join their SAP Team and support their implementations, optimizations, and compliance initiatives across 15 countries in Europe.

The role will also involve supporting mergers and acquisitions within the group, ensuring SAP RE-FX solutions align with both business objectives and industry standards for effective lease management.

The role will involve:
. SAP RE-FX Implementation and Configuration.
. Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Lease Accounting (RE-FX) modules, customized to healthcare sector needs.
. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements, ensuring regulatory and IFRS 16 compliance.
. Customize lease accounting solutions to meet specific business needs and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (FI, CO, MM).
. SAP RE-FX integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
. Use SAP Fiori apps and S/4HANA functionalities to enhance lease accounting processes and improve user experience.

Skills/Experience Needed:
. 5+ years of experience as an SAP Lease Accounting (RE-FX) Consultant with strong configuration and customization skills.
. Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or upgrades, particularly within a healthcare or regulated environment, is highly desirable.
. Proficiency in SAP RE-FX configuration and customization, with a strong understanding of IFRS 16 lease accounting standards.
. Experience with integration across SAP modules (FI, CO, MM) and familiarity with SAP Fiori for enhanced user experience.
. Proficiency in data migration, data validation, and master data management for lease accounting.

This is a remote working role, but you must be based in (or willing to relocate to) Hungary to be considered.
