Job title: SAP Security & Authorisations Analyst

Salary: Up to £65k + benefits
Location: Pier Walk, North Greenwich
Contract Type: Permanent TFL Band 3

Provision of technical Security and Authorisations support to SAP end users and assistance to project teams in the development, testing and implementation of new SAP roles and users.

1. Able to complete Service requests & provide advice and resolution for Incidents and users.
2. Provision of role and user administration support to both the TfL business and the SAP Support teams ensuring application security is at the highest level.
3. SAP role and user administration according to the common and custom defined segregation of duties (SOD) standards.
4. User administration and provisioning in all SAP applications and the Enterprise Portal.
5. Ability to follow work instructions and work closely with the Senior members, SAP Support team and the stakeholders.
6. Supporting the preparation and assessment of SAP Security Change requests.
7. Assessing projects and relevant authorisations, providing advice and guidance.
8. Solutions to business incidents.

1. Overall knowledge of the organisation.
2. Working knowledge of SAP and related technologies, both application and technical platform.
3. Experience in SAP and Enterprise Portal roles application design, build, transport and support within an SAP implementation.
4. Comprehensive SAP Security and User Administration technical experience.
5. Enterprise Portal content and user administration troubleshooting and analysis skills.
6. SAP authorisations troubleshooting and analysis skills.
7. Knowledge of SAP role administration good practice, application controls in SAP and common segregation of duties (SOD) rules.
8. Knowledge of HR Authorisations and Structural Profiles.
9. Commitment to customer service excellence and a customer focused attitude.
10. Experience in working in helpdesk / call centre environment.
11. Good communication and people skills, including an excellent telephone manner.
12. Good written communication skills and documentation management.
13. Credible and approachable with a positive "can do" attitude and a flexible approach especially to sharing SAP functional knowledge with other team members.
14. Good time management and solid organisation skills.
15. Ability to work as part of a team or in isolation, as tasks dictate.
16. Experience using SAP Service Marketplace.
17. Experience using SAP security functionality.
18. Profile Generator Authorisation Table maintenance via SU24.
19. Role Administration, to include Composite and Derived roles.
20. SAP Governance and Risk Control (GRC).
21. Working knowledge of BI version 7 authorisations (RSECADMIN).
22. Enterprise portal User Management Engine (UME) integration with SAP User administration.
23. Experience within SAP Security and Authorisations in two or more of the following.
