This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *securing a complex SAP landscape, supporting platforms like S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAC, and more*.

The Opportunity

Our client, a leader in the FinTech industry, is looking for an experienced SAP Security Engineer to join their Financial Systems team. You'll play a key role in securing a complex SAP landscape, supporting platforms like S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAC, and more. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on SAP security, compliance, and risk management in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain SAP Security and GRC solutions

• Lead SAP security projects including SoD remediation, role design, and audits

• Collaborate with risk teams to assess and mitigate operational and compliance risks

• Maintain user access, workflows (BRF+, MSMP), and GRC configurations

• Support security in upgrades, patching, and system migrations

• Drive automation and best practices across SAP environments

Key Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in SAP Security with strong GRC (AC, IAG, SSO) expertise

• Deep understanding of SAP Authorization, SoD, and compliance frameworks (eg, SOx)

• Hands-on with S/4HANA, Fiori, HANA Cloud, BTP, SAC

• Strong communication, risk awareness, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in regulated industries (FinTech/Financial Services) preferred
