Service Description

The Asset Financial Management team is responsible for:

• Overseeing and managing the asset base.
• Tracking capital expenditure (capex) projects across various projects.
• Ensuring compliance with BE GAAP and IFRS.
• Managing financial assets, setting accounting borders for capex, and maintaining an accurate asset register of technical assets.
• Tracking financial spending, monthly reporting, compliance, documentation, and process improvement.
• Mapping technical grid infrastructure and digital tools with accounting logics.

Main Tasks

• Analysis and Validation: Validate allocation structures (WBS) in infrastructure projects related to CAPEX investments using SAP tools.
• Daily Management: Manage assets in the Asstek tool and SAP FI-AA by registering events such as commissioning, decommissioning, and sales.
• Support Tasks: Update documentation and support the team in various tasks.

Requirements

• Experience: Relevant experience in fixed assets management and/or data management (master data) in SAP.
• Technical Affinity: Demonstrated technical affinity with the electricity sector and project management.
• Knowledge: Good knowledge of SAP Module PS (Project System) and/or FI-AA (Asset Accounting), and MS Office.
