SAP TM Senior Consultant

Conexus are partnered with a prestigious Big 4 consulting firm, that are having a big recruitment drive in 2025, due to their ongoing success in S/4HANA implementations.

On that basis, we are searching for a Senior SAP TM Consultant to join them on a permanent basis from Belgium.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP TM implementations, from blueprinting to deployment.
• Provide strategic advice on SAP Transportation Management solutions.
• Work closely with clients to assess business requirements and translate them into SAP TM solutions.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, ensuring best practices in SAP TM.
• Configure and optimise SAP TM modules, including freight order management, charge calculation, carrier selection, and planning.
• Integrate SAP TM with other modules like SAP EWM, SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP GTS.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge sharing with clients and junior consultants.
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and IT teams to improve end-to-end transportation processes.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP TM (configuration, implementation, and support).
• Strong knowledge of transportation planning, freight execution, charge management, and carrier collaboration.
• S/4HANA experience is highly desirable.
• Experience integrating SAP TM with other SAP and third-party systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead client workshops, analyse business needs, and drive SAP TM solutions.
• Fluent in English (French or Dutch is an advantage).
• Willingness to travel within Belgium for client engagements when needed.
