An experienced IFS Consultant with expertise in HR is sought for an initial 3-month contract with a leading UK-based organisation. This role is Outside IR35 and follows a hybrid working model, requiring two days per week on-site in Cambridge.

As the IFS Consultant - HR Specialist, you will bridge the gap between business HR requirements and the IFS application. You will advise and guide stakeholders, ensuring the IFS HR module is configured and optimised to meet operational needs.

To be considered for the role, you must have:
Essential - Strong knowledge and experience in IFS HR modules, including payroll, talent management, and workforce planning.
Essential - 5-10 years' experience in the implementation of software systems, ideally within HR environments.
Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and user training for IFS HR.
Ability to analyse and design HR-related business processes within IFS.
Strong workshop facilitation, documentation, and presentation skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Ability to work both independently and within a team, meeting key project milestones.
Active SC Clearance or eligibility for SC Clearance is required.
