About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Scheme Manager to join our team in North Manchester. This role involves managing a sheltered housing scheme, ensuring the well-being and safety of residents, and maintaining the smooth operation of the facility.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the sheltered housing scheme.
• Provide support and assistance to residents, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Ensure the scheme complies with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors as necessary.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a sheltered housing or supported housing environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care
