Scrum Master

One of our banking clients is looking for a Scrum Master for a long-term contract.

Rate: £450/day inside IR35

Location: London - onsite

Candidate's Responsibilities:

1. Coaching the team and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum principles and practices.
2. Facilitating Agile ceremonies like Sprint planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
3. Delivery and Release management.
4. Collaborating with the Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
5. Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments to improve its productivity.
6. Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment that motivates and empowers team members to deliver their best work.

Requirements:

1. Strong experience as a Scrum Master, with excellent knowledge of Scrum principles and practices.
2. Excellent English communication skills, B2+ level is required.
3. Experience working in Investment Banking projects is preferred.
4. High level of responsibility and accuracy.
5. Hands-on knowledge working with Data projects; Release management would be a big plus.
