Role: Senior Account and Project Manager

Contract Type: Permanent, full-time.

Verboo is the language arm of WLP London, a creative production agency based in London.

Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced individual to join the Verboo team. The role is a hybrid one which will provide full and efficient account management and project management services to internal and external clients.

In this key role, you will:

1. Manage high-profile client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and long-term relationships.
2. Oversee multilingual projects from start to finish, coordinating with linguists, vendors, and internal teams.
3. Drive efficiency, quality, and profitability across translation and localization projects.
4. Identify growth opportunities and play a supporting role in developing new business opportunities.

Relevant Experience required:

1. Account Management and Project management experience
2. Experience managing a team
3. Champion for new technologies
4. Must have experience working in a small language service provider.
5. You speak fluent English and have fluency in at least one other language.

Please note that we operate a hybrid working model. Hot desking is available in a shared workspace in London.
