Are you excited at the prospect of joining one of the leading events agencies in London?

We are working on a New Senior Account Manager role, reporting into someone I used to work with, so I know they are LOVELY!

They are excited to find a new team member who brings a positive and solutions-focused mindset. Someone who is agile and can respond to changing requirements, whilst having the ability to follow process and keep account information up to date.

Responsibilities:

  • Account mapping, opportunity scanning, and account strategy
  • Proactive account growth
  • Accurate reporting, keeping the CRM up to date, and keeping the sales milestones on track, maximizing lead times for the delivery team
  • Contract management, ensuring that you deliver on the terms of the client's contracts
  • Brief taking, interpreting and understanding the client's requirements, and leveraging internal resources to ensure the best response
  • Budget creation, invoicing, and financial management
  • Client service, conflict management, and error resolution
  • Delivering on the client's SLAs and owning continuous improvement
  • Idea generation and innovation, to ensure you are presenting new ideas and innovation to the existing client base

Essential Experience Requirements:

  • Experience of working in an events agency
  • Experience in a client-focused, account growth role

Location:

  • Three days a week in a London office, with the option of working two days a week from home.
