The Role

As a Senior Account Manager for the UKI region, you'll be the go-to for all things client-related. You'll build strong relationships, understand client needs, and showcase how our solutions can bring real value.

What You'll Do:
  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach. Develop a pipeline in targeted industries and collaborate with marketing for lead generation. Use CRM tools to track activities and manage sequences.
  2. Solution Demonstrations and Sales Presentations: Conduct needs analysis to position relevant solutions and lead tailored product demonstrations. Manage negotiations and close deals using the MEDDICC framework.
  3. Closing Deals and Contract Management: Manage the closing of deals and oversee contract processes.
  4. Customer Relationship Management and Retention: Serve as the primary contact for accounts, ensuring satisfaction and value.
  5. Portfolio Growth and Account Expansion: Understand the client's business to identify additional service opportunities. Foster trust to drive renewals and implement growth strategies.
  6. Collaboration and Reporting: Align with marketing, product, and support teams to enhance customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Experience: Proven track record in full-cycle sales, including prospecting, demoing, closing, and account management, specifically in the manufacturing sector. Experience on the shop or production floor, bringing valuable insights into the manufacturing process.
  2. Communication: You're a fantastic communicator in English.
  3. Passion: You're passionate about innovation and sustainability in manufacturing.
  4. Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and love working with diverse teams.
  5. Go-Getter: You're proactive, organized, and always looking to make a positive impact.
  6. Familiarity with Sales Methodologies: (SPIN/MEDDIC preferred but not required).
