Locum Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer - 3 months + - Remote Working - Full Time - Up to £55 per hour - Midlands
Position: Locum Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer
Organisation: Midlands based Local Authority
Duration: 3 months +
Working Pattern: Full time
Working Arrangement: Remote Working
Hourly Rate: Up to £55 per hour Umbrella
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority and can demonstrate knowledge of Adult Social Care matters.
Duties may include:
- Undertake all aspects of legal work relating to Adult Social Care Legislation, including, but not limited to, Court of Protection, Section 21a, Section 16 and Designation matters
- Represent the Council in court and may need to conduct advocacy when required
- Liaise and work collaboratively with other legal representatives
- Prepare and manage a varied caseload in relation to all aspects of Adult Social Care matters
