Deliver high-end residential projects with responsibility for detailed design stages.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce detailed drawings in ArchiCAD across various scales.
Collaborate with Architects, Designers, and Design Managers for seamless delivery.
Lead technical solutions on luxury residential schemes ensuring compliance and excellence.
Coordinate with external consultants and contractors throughout project stages.
Contribute to problem-solving sessions and support junior team members with technical guidance.

Requirements:

7+ years post-qualification experience in high-end residential projects.
Proven track record of delivering detailed design packages to the highest standards.
Highly proficient in ArchiCAD as a go-to expert in the studio.
Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
Experience liaising with consultants, contractors, and clients.
Client-facing character with strong interpersonal skills.
